1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to ArenaTubi! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ArenaTubi ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of our online learning platform, including our website and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

ArenaTubi is an educational technology platform designed to support students through interactive quizzes and structured learning content. Our services may include:

• Account management and personalized learning dashboards
• Both free and premium subscription plans

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform as needed for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Cheat: Share quiz answers, use unauthorized assistance, or engage in academic dishonesty
• Hack or Exploit: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Distribute Malware: Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Harass Others: Engage in harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior

• Scrape Data: Use automated tools to collect data from our Platform without permission
• Reverse Engineer: Attempt to copy, modify, or reverse engineer our technology

Content on ArenaTubi, including quizzes, questions, images, text, graphics, logos, software, and platform features, is owned by ArenaTubi or its licensors unless otherwise stated and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ArenaTubi for personal educational purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works from our content
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices from our content

5.3 User Content

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to ArenaTubi, you allow us to use that feedback to operate and improve the Platform without owing compensation.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from your use of ArenaTubi will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Termination

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ArenaTubi:

2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, we agree to pursue mediation before resorting to litigation
3. Jurisdiction: Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Kenya

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, internet outages, or government restrictions.
